Cora has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources within the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors, and excels in building meaningful employee experiences, investing in development, and cultivating a culture of care.

Before joining Terremoto, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at Pfizer, where she spearheaded the seamless integration of the Global Blood Therapeutics (GBT) Commercial organization into Pfizer. Her leadership journey includes pivotal management roles at GBT, where over two years she set global talent strategy, created leadership development programs, and drove cultural initiatives that resulted in high employee engagement scores.

Prior to GBT, she held various leadership positions in her sixteen-year tenure at BioMarin Pharmaceutical, where she influenced company-wide strategic initiatives, designed global leadership programs, and facilitated talent management processes. Cora is recognized for fostering high-performing teams and delivering innovative HR solutions to drive organizational success and business growth.

Cora earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University.
