Paul is a seasoned finance and operations leader with over 15 years of experience spanning large pharmaceutical companies and small to mid-sized biotech firms. Prior to joining Terremoto, Paul held a senior finance role at Mirati Therapeutics, where he led the Financial Planning & Analysis organization supporting the R&D pipeline.

Before Mirati, he spent 11 years at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, supporting various business units across finance, accounting, and operations, including Navigate BioPharma Services and Advanced Accelerator Applications, both wholly owned subsidiaries of Novartis.

Paul is a CPA (active) and holds a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University and an MBA from San Diego State University.
