Vivian joined Terremoto in 2021, and led the efforts to build out the finance, accounting and business operations infrastructure. Vivian currently leads the Finance, Accounting, Treasury and Procurement functions.

Prior to Terremoto, Vivian joined Portola Pharmaceuticals as the Assistant Controller immediately before the commercial launch of product sales in the US and Europe. At Portola, Vivian was responsible for Accounting Operations, SEC Reporting, Taxes, and Treasury and was also a key member of the European operations set up team.

Earlier, Vivian served as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young focused on the audit of life science companies which ranged from multi-billion revenue public companies to start-up companies, in both the private and public setting. Vivian led the audit efforts for several clients going through the IPO process.

Vivian received a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Human Resources from the University of British Columbia.
